Experience
- 5+ years in influencer talent management and/or marketing, direct talent management experience preferred
- 1-3 years managing teammates
- Strong relationships with lifestyle brands and influencer marketing agency contacts
- Experience directly managing influencer talent and negotiating campaigns for Instagram , TikTok, etc. required
Description
Of Note is looking for an ambitious, organized and passionate individual to join our growing team. This role includes day-to-day client management, influencer client acquisition, management of junior team and team and client communication. The team member will lead communications between brands and talent to book campaigns for a curated roster of top-tier talent. Candidates should have direct experience working with creator talent, as well as a deep interest and knowledge of the creator industry, strong lifestyle brand contacts and creative ideas. The role can be 100% remote but candidates in Nashville will be prioritized (for hybrid work schedule).
Responsibilities
- Campaign management
- Develop and foster relationships with brands, consistently pitch clients and secure high value campaigns for clients
- Ensure campaigns across all talent are executed as seamlessly as possible from start to finish
- Develop strategies for brand engagement and outreach to new brands for client partnerships
- Stay updated on social media trends and popular partnerships on all social platforms
- Review, redline and execute contracts
- Manage junior team (Coordinators and Associate Talent Managers) as they execute campaign details for clients
- Client recruitment
- Develop list of potential new talent clients and conduct research to ensure good fit with Of Note roster
- Reach out to talent to begin conversation, schedule meetings and convert to roster
- System management
- Update and organize client database and documents as needed
- Make suggestions for updated systems or new ways to communicate with talent clients and team. With founders, make adjustments and roll out to team
- Oversee agency documents and databases used by internal team. Share updates and delegate organizational and strategy tasks to junior team members
- Client communication
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients through bi-weekly calls and daily email and phone coordination
- Jump in to advise/handle on non-traditional situations, sharing knowledge and advice with team members as needed
- Develop format and build quarterly client reports
- Management
- Manage Talent Coordinators and Associate Talent Managers that support the Talent Management Team
- Share best practices for negotiations and contract and act as a mentor/advisor to team of Talent Managers
- With founders, recruit, interview and grow team strategically as needed
