Description
Of Note is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to join our growing team. This role will lead high-level client strategy and brand partnership management, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued evolution of the agency. This is our most senior leadership role within the Talent Management department, ideal for someone who combines deep influencer-industry experience with an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
Client & Brand Management

• Strategically manage a portfolio of 5+ top-tier influencer clients across various verticals.
• Oversee each client’s business growth, partnership alignment, and revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and brands, ensuring clear communication and strong long-term relationships.
• Secure and negotiate high-value brand partnerships that align with client strategy and agency standards.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and manage junior team members (Talent Managers, Associate Talent Managers and Coordinators) with a focus on growth, collaboration, and professional development.
• Ensure the team is aligned with client strategy and meeting expectations for communication, execution, and deliverables.

Agency & Special Projects

• Partner with the Founders on agency-wide initiatives including new client recruiting, systems development, and event planning.
• Take ownership of select strategic projects—such as training programs, system overhauls, or annual retreats—and drive them to completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the leadership team to enhance workflows, improve processes, and support agency growth.
• Participate in new business development and recruitment efforts, earning incentives for successful client acquisitions.
